Excellent hotel with great amenities like 24-hour reception, fitness center, and in-room breakfast. The staff once provided bug spray during my first stay, which I appreciated. Don't miss out on their amazing customer service. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Location: the hotel was so close to the venue's restaurant and the museum and many attractions in Achrafeye.

Great location for exploring local attractions.

The staff was unhelpful when I reported that the air conditioning was leaking, and I had to constantly follow up for maintenance. Housekeeping was noisy early in the morning, disrupting my stay, and the reception staff seemed indifferent to my concerns.

The beds were great, the rooms were tastefully decorated and brand-new. The location was quiet - ease of access to G Spa. And it was also really close to other great restaurants, the Marina and Cornish & ' Raouche.

My junior suite was upgraded and super comfy. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to shops and restaurants. The health club was a great stress relief, especially the nice pool and jacuzzi. The staff were friendly.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby spots like Zaitunay Bay and the Corniche. The suites were comfortable and had a nice kitchenette. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use a bit more variety based on past reviews.
